CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter

Melt butter, combine with sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mini chocolate chips

Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in chocolate chips and vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 250 degrees and continue baking for 35 minutes. Loosen cake from rim. Cool before removing rim of pan completely.
