RICH DARK CHOCOLATE ICING 
1 pt. heavy cream
1 c. sugar
6 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 lb. sweet butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Mix together sugar nd cream. Bring to simmering boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook at low heat for 6 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate. Stir in butter. Stir in salt and vanilla. Refrigerate until spreadable consistency, about 1/2 hour.
