SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
3 lbs. hamburger
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 egg
2 tbsp. mustard

SAUCE:

1 med. bottle catsup
1/2 - 3/4 c. vinegar
Hot sauce to taste
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine hamburger, crumbs, salt, egg and mustard. Shape into bite size balls. Broil on both sides a few minutes. Combine with sauce and simmer. Sauce: Combine all ingredients and simmer.
