COMPANY CARROTS 
2 cans baby carrots
1 jar scalloped apples
1/2 c. brown sugar
Butter

Butter a loaf dish. Drain 1 can carrots; put in a loaf dish. Add a half jar of apples; top with 1/4 cup brown sugar. Put several pats of butter on top. Drain second can of carrots; add to loaf dish and top with remaining apples.

Put rest of brown sugar on top and add several more pats of butter. Heat in oven 30 minutes at 350 degrees until sugar is melted and vegetable is hot and bubbly.
