1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. walnuts

Mix and put in the bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix in another bowl:

3 c. strawberries
1 lg. size Jello
2 c. boiling water

When bottom is cool, put Jello mixture on top and place in the refrigerator to set up. Then melt 24 large marshmallows and 2/3 cup milk in microwave, stirring often in microwave. Cool. Fold in Dream Whip made according to package direction. Put this last layer on top of the Jello layer. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
