CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli (cook and drain)
3 whole chicken breasts or 2 lbs. chicken cutlets
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. butter

Mix together soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cheese, and water chestnuts. Spread prepared broccoli in bottom of 13x9 pan. Cut chicken into small pieces and spread over broccoli. Spread soup mixture over chicken. Mix bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle crumbs over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly.
