CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can onion rings
1 can cream of chicken soup (mix with 1/2 can milk)
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mixed with
1/2 stick butter, melted
1-1 1/2 pkgs. chicken cutlet

Pound chicken slightly and cook in fry pan until white (stir fry). Add mushrooms and broccoli if desired.

Butter casserole dish. Layer chicken, soup mixture, stuffing, onion rings. Continue to layer until all ingredients are used. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
