BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN BREASTS 
2 1/2 c. water
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. butter
1 box (6 oz.) long grain and wild rice (UNCLE BEN'S® original brand)
6 boneless chicken breast halves
6 slices bacon

Measure water, soup, butter in large saucepan. Stir in rice and seasoning packets and bring to a boil. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan.

Place chicken breasts on top of rice, slice bacon strips in half and place 2 half strips on each breast, cover with foil. Bake 60 minutes in 350 degree oven. Uncover and bake additional 10 minutes.
