Just wanted to cook up some breasts to use in salad; tried Adobo Lemon on one breast, Montreal Chicken on a second and Tony Chacheres on the third, they looked dry coming out of the oven, but if they are allowed to rest about 5-10 minutes, they are juicy and wonderful!

VERY TASTY and juicy! I had a long frozen 1 lb chicken breast and thought I'd better use it. I changed a couple of things, so I could use what I had on hand. I used garlic salt in place of garlic powder and salt, and cooked for 17 minutes on each side in a foil covered baking pan on a rack. Came out perfectly! Great recipe. Thanks.

The oil rubbed the chicken breast kept it so nice and moist. Simple seasonings. Add a few of your own if you like. Quick and easy!
