CHICKEN SCALLOP | |
2 cans Swanson's chicken 2 cans chicken broth 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. crushed crackers 2 c. sliced cooked potatoes 2 c. cooked noodles Mix melted butter, flour, salt and pepper. Slowly add chicken broth until thick in ungreased casserole dish. Place a layer of half of cracker crumbs then a can of chicken, a layer of potatoes. Repeat with noodles last. Pour sauce over all and bake uncovered on 350 degree for 20 minutes or until brown. Serves 4 to 6. |
