CHINESE SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
1 pkg. fresh, rinsed shrimp
1 (5 oz.) can crunchy Chinese noodles
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix together the bean sprouts, celery, water chestnuts, and shrimp. In a separate bowl, mix the dressing of mayonnaise, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Just before serving, mix everything together along with the crunchy Chinese noodles. It's wonderful - great for pot lucks!
