LINGUINI AND RICOTTA PESTO 
1 pkg. linguini
4 c. fresh basil leaves
4 springs parsley
1/2 c. pine nuts
4 cloves garlic
1 lb. Ricotta
1 c. Romano cheese

Cook pasta. In a blender combine basil, parsley, pine nuts, garlic, Ricotta and Romano cheese. Toss in pasta. Serves 4-6.
