BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. skim milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. blueberries (thawed if frozen)

In bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; then milk. In deep 1-1 1/2 quart casserole melt butter. Pour in batter; sprinkle evenly with blueberries. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 40-45 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
