BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. skim milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. blueberries

In bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, then milk. In deep 1 to 1 1/2 quart casserole, melt butter. Pour in batter. Sprinkle evenly with blueberries. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Delicious with ice cream. Serves 4.
