PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 med. can crushed pineapple

Mix flour and sugar. Beat eggs. Add pineapple to flour and sugar. Stir the eggs and soda and mix with other ingredients. Pour in ungreased cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 sm. can of milnot
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
