CHINESE MEATBALLS 
2 (9 oz.) cans water chestnuts, chopped fine
2 bunches green onions, chopped fine
5 lbs. lean ground pork
1/4 c. soy sauce
4 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs

Mix in tiny balls and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Keep warm in sauce.

SAUCE:

2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cornstarch

Stir over medium heat until boiling and clear. Pour over meatballs after they are baked.
