CHICKEN WITH ITALIAN SAUSAGE 
1 cut up chicken
1 lb. Italian sausage, cooked and cut into serving pieces
1 c. raw rice
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 lg. green pepper
1 lg. can whole Italian tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco to taste

Brown chicken. Put rice on bottom of shallow casserole. Kidney beans on rice, part of onion slices, chicken next, then sausage. Over top use rest of onion slices and green pepper rings. Place whole tomatoes on top. Mix juice from tomatoes and tomato sauce together with Worcestershire and Tabasco. Pour evenly over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour sealed with foil.
