MEXICAN GOULASH 
1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced
2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, crushed
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni

Brown meat in skillet, with onion, green pepper and celery. Add Rotel and whole tomatoes. Add spices, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes. Cook macaroni. Drain and add sauce. 6 to 8 servings.
