BLUEBERRY NUT BREAD | |
2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 3 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. blueberries 1/2 c. chopped pecans 2 eggs, well beaten 1 c. milk 3 tbsp. oil Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add berries and nuts. Combine eggs, milk and oil; stir into flour mixture just to moisten. Pour into waxed paper lined 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan. Let stand 20 minutes. Bake loaf 1 hour in 350 degree oven. |
