CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
1-2 lbs. chicken wings
4 cloves garlic
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sake or dry sherry (any wine)
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Preheat oven 275 degrees.

Marinate 2 days, shaking container frequently. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 hours, turning every 1/2 hour. The key to these are to make sure you shake so all the wings have been marinated enough.
