BAR-B-QUE MULLET | |
Lots of good fresh ocean mullet Lemon juice Salt and pepper Your favorite sauce 1 datil pepper 1 stick butter Water Clean mullet - cut off heads. Leave scales on and cut mullet from back to belly leaving fish flat in one piece. Heat grill - place mullet, scale side down, salt and peppered. Baste with lemon, butter and water often. After fish first turns white, then golden brown - add sauce of own taste heated with datil pepper. Never turn fish over. Grease grill to keep from sticking. |
