CROCK POT BAR - B - QUE 
3 lb. beef pot roast
2 c. tomato juice
1 c. catsup
1 tbsp. Texas Pete
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 c. favorite bar-b-que sauce
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Cook on high for 2 hours, turn down to low and cook all day until meat comes apart.
