PINEAPPLE POUND CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda (level)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed pineapple

Mix flour, sugar, salt and soda. Add eggs, oil and vanilla. Beat with mixer at medium speed. Dough will be stiff. Add pineapple, mix with spoon. Grease and flour 10" cake pan. Pour cake in at once. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pan 25 minutes on cake rack.
