MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can green chilies
1 pkg. corn tortillas, frozen
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 sm. can taco sauce
Cheddar cheese, grated

Brown meat and onion in large skillet. Add all ingredients except tortillas and cheese. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Break frozen tortillas into small pieces. In baking dish, layer as follows: Meat, tortillas, cheese, repeat, except do not put cheese on top until a few minutes before removal from oven. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. This dish freezes well if done before baking.
