MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can diced Ro-Tel
1/3 c. picante sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Grated cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips

Brown ground beef; drain grease. Add Ro-Tel, picante sauce, and soup; mix well. Crush chips and put on bottom of baking pan. Add the mix. Add grated cheese. Bake until melted.
