MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. pkg. tortilla chips
Grated cheese

Brown meat, onion, and garlic; drain. Mix in both soups, tomatoes and enchilada sauce with meat and onions. Spread chips in bottom of baking dish. Pour meat mixture over these and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
