ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
Butter casserole. Slice zucchini into bottom of casserole. Slice onion over zucchini. Next layer green pepper. Sprinkle 1/3 cup rice for next layer. Salt and pepper. Slice 2 rows of tomatoes. Put cheese slices on top to seal. Bake at 350 degrees until vegetables are cooked.
