PEACHY BARBECUE CHICKEN 
3 lbs. frying chicken
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (16 oz.) can peach halves
1 c. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) can sm. onions
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. white sugar

Rub chicken with salt and brush with butter. Place in shallow pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup syrup. Combine syrup, barbecue sauce, lemon juice, and brown and white sugar. Pour over chicken and bake for 30 more minutes.

Arrange peaches and onions around chicken. Baste with sauce and bake 30 minutes more or until chicken is tender.
