MANDARIN ORANGE CREAM CAKE 
CAKE:

1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges with juice (chop oranges sm.)

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
3 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

CAKE: Mix above ingredients by hand or with electric mixer on medium speed and pour into 3 (8-inch) greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pans and remove to wire racks. When completely cool, frost.

FROSTING: Mix all frosting ingredients together and spread on cake. This cake should be refrigerated and served chilled.

A wonderful summertime treat on a hot afternoon!
