ORANGE LEMON CREAM CAKE 
Juice & rind of 1 orange & 1 lemon
1 c. sugar
2 slightly beaten eggs

Combine above and cook in double boiler until thick, stirring constantly. Chill thoroughly.

Whip 1 1/2 cups heavy cream until very stiff. Fold into chilled mixture. Slice large angel cake into 3 layers. Spread mixture between layers, on top and sides. Chill 4 hours before serving.
