2 cans hominy, drained
3 tbsp. onion, grated
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or Jack)
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a casserole dish a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
