1 c. shortening 1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. white sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix and drop by teaspoonful on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes about 64 cookies.
