CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
10 chicken breast, legs or thighs
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water
1 sm. box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice (NOT instant)

Throw out seasoning packet from rice mix. Melt butter; add soups and water; blend well. Spread raw rice over bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan. Pour half soup mixture over rice; mix. Lay chicken pieces over rice. Pour on rest of soup mixture. Bake uncovered at 275 degrees for 3 hours.
