CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix 1 med. hen, cooked and chopped 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. chicken broth or milk 1 stick butter Put half of stuffing mix in casserole. Melt butter and pour over the mix. Mix together chicken, soups and broth. Pour this in casserole and top with remaining stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees until brown for about 15 minutes. This can be divided into 2 dishes and freeze one. |
