POT ROAST MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 lg. potatoes
1 lg. onion
4 lg. carrots
Salt
Parsley flakes

Mix the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into loaf in the center of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Peel potatoes; cut in half. Peel onion; cut in half. Prepare carrots the same way. Place prepared vegetables around meat. Sprinkle with salt, parsley. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more until meat is browned.
