CHIPPER TROUT 
2 lbs. Gulf trout fillets, or other fresh fillets
1/2 c. Caesar salad dressing
1 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Dip fillets in salad dressing and place in a single layer, skin side down, in a baking dish. Combine crushed chips and cheese and sprinkle over fillets. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Even non-fish eaters like this one!
