1 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 c. M & M candy
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix brown sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Press additional M & M's in each cookie. Bake until light brown, 10-12 minutes. Cool slightly; remove to wire rack. About 2 1/2 dozen.
