CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 1/2 c. cooked (stewed) chicken (turkey can also be used)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tsp. poppy seed
1/2 stick butter
Herb seasoned crouettes

Mix chicken, soup and sour cream. Add poppy seed. Put in greased baking dish. Spread herb seasoned crouettes on top and dot with the butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
