BLUE RIBBON HAM CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 c. milk
6 c. chopped cooked potatoes
2 c. chopped ham
1/2 tsp. salt

Saute green pepper and onion in butter. Add cheese and milk; stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Heat; stirring occasionally.
