BOLOGNA SANDWICH
Buy some ham or bologna (one pack) and some bread (one loaf) and buy a little jar of mustard. Then you make yourself a bologna sandwich. Put the bread down on the table, put the bologna on it. Spread the mustard on the bologna. Put another piece of bread on the bologna, then eat it with some milk. Then clean up.

What a disgusting way to present a recipe to the public eye. "Put the bread down on the table". No no no. That is definitely Ghetto.

Actually I like to taste the meat so I double up on 2 slices of turkey then add a veggie. Add mayo or plain mustard. Eat eat eat.

I noticed this quick & easy recipe and thought I'd give it a try. It was amazing. I wish I had this recipe sooner. It's a keeper!

I only gave it 4 stars because there are three alternative spreads that make a bologna sandwich tastier, IMHO: Mayonnaise, Miracle Whip or Cains Sandwich Spread (Heinz also makes one, but my Grandmother bought Cains) My personal preference is the Cains Sandwich Spread. Add a nice side of Lays (or Cains) Potato Chips and you got a dandy lunch!

Add on a slice of onion... plus pimento cheese... top with a little hot sauce. It then becomes "Red Neck Steak".

Nothing better. Sometimes I use turkey bologna. It makes me feel a little better about eating processed meat. But it's a great sandwich anyway.

So I started to make this recipe but I tweaked it just a little bit. I did use the bread slices and mustard but instead of bologna I used smoked turkey and then I added a sliced tomato and bread and butter pickles and some Romain lettuce. I even put a lil mayo on it with a slice of pepper jack cheese and it was so yummy! Thank you for the inspiration of what I call turkey sandwich.

Try this with thick sliced garlic bologna. Add your favorites to it. Delicious. I found this bologna - at Dollar Tree.

This is so hilarious! My father was a big fan of bologna but as a child I disliked it and still do.. So for lunch my mom would make me a "mock chicken"sandwich. So listen up everyone: place two slices of white bread on table and butter one side each slice and 2 slices of mock chicken (no rind to remove) and cover with second slice of bread. Can also be toasted. Serve with chicken noodle soup and dip sandwich in soup one bite at a time. Don't forget the baby dill pickles and a can of diet Pepsi! Voila..the best -almost- bologna sandwich ever!!!!! LOL

LOL... love this! So cute! My version is with miracle whip. You need to fry that bologna. Toast your bread, fry the bologna in either bacon grease or butter. Spread the mayo or miracle whip on the toast, both pieces. Add the fried bologna and if you want to add a slice of garden tomato or even a fried egg. Sooo good!
