BOLOGNA SANDWICH
Buy some ham or bologna (one pack) and some bread (one loaf) and buy a little jar of mustard. Then you make yourself a bologna sandwich. Put the bread down on the table, put the bologna on it. Spread the mustard on the bologna. Put another piece of bread on the bologna, then eat it with some milk. Then clean up.

Done this for years, now on a doctor's diet. So the only thing I can say is replace the doctor and the bologna with a crab poor boy's or shrimp poor boy's sandwich and enjoy what time you have left.

Ya'll are so funny. I agree with the frying the balogna in the pan with no grease and adding minimal mayo on 2 slices of bread and I like to add lays potato chips in between the bread with the bologna. Wasn't planning on a fancy meal today, but I think this is what we will have for dinner tonight.

Throw out the bologna, throw out the bread, just get you a ripe tomato and some mayo. If you need something else use Italian dressing. If you must, put it on 9 day old toast.

Your sandwich sounds out of this world.. Thank you! My suggestion, if you want to go out on a limb, add a slice of American cheese! Brace yourself, this will send your taste buds into overload!!! Enjoy!

Try using old fashion bread with mayo, and this secret -- a slice of onion on top of bologna. Good.

I"m from Texas and we grew up on hillbilly steak sammiches. Fry 2 slices of bolony with a slice of cheese in between. Now we didn't have a-1 so we mixed 2 part mustard, 1 part soy sauce, spread mixture on 2 slices of bread add fried bolony. Don,t forget the Cheetos and Dr. Pepper. You.Ll think you died and went to heaven.

Wow, you guys in my old home country of the good old USA are so lucky you actually have bologna. There is not a slice to be had in London, all I can get is the bread and French's mustard.

Only beef will do (United States) says:
Have you ever tried this bologna recipe? This is how we down south in TN eat bologna.

Take an egg, bust the yoke while placing in a non stick pan and fry until cooked. Drain on paper towel. Then cut slits around two pieces of bologna (only Oscar Myers beef will do), fry it on both sides until it looks burnt around the edges. Drain. Now take to pieces of soft white bread and smear mayo on both sides, sprinkle with black pepper and layer the cooked egg and bologna. Enjoy. Fried and almost burnt bologna will truly change your life.
