CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. salad oil
3 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. dry yeast

Scald milk, when lukewarm add yeast, sugar and 1 1/2 cups flour. When bubbly add salt, eggs, oil and remaining flour. Knead well, let raise until double. Roll 1/4 inch thick and spread the butter over and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll and cut into 1 1/2 inch slices and place in greased pan. Before baking pour over raised rolls 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, 1 tablespoon butter melted and 1/4 cup water brought to a boil. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
