LINGUICA BREAD | |
3 loaves frozen dough 3 lbs. linguica Grated cheese Oregano Chopped parsley Use 1 pound of linguica per loaf. Leave dough out overnight in cookie sheet to rise. (Cover dough with towel.) Take casing off linguica and cut in very small pieces and fry well. Roll out dough with rolling pin, rub dough with one beaten egg. Then spread linguica on dough and grated cheese, oregano and parsley. Roll like a jelly roll and rub melted butter on top. Tuck sides of loaves under. Bake at 350 on cookie sheet until brown. HAPPY EATING! |
