BEV'S BUTTERHORN ROLLS 
1 c. soft butter (do not substitute)
1 1/2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Enough softened butter to cover rolled surface of dough. Place butter and cottage cheese in a food processor bowl and cream well. Add remaining ingredients and blend until just mixed. Form into a ball and refrigerate overnight, covered.

To form rolls - divide dough into three balls. Roll each portion into a circle (8 inch) and cut into 12 wedges. Spread surface with softened butter and roll from wide end to point to form a crescent. Place point down on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Brush with melted butter when removed from the oven. Makes 3 dozen small rolls.
