BARNES' QUICK PORK CHOP
CASSEROLE
 
4 pork chops
1 can asparagus, undrained
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. rice

Layer rice in bottom of 9"x11" or smaller casserole dish. Pour liquid from asparagus over rice, spread mushroom soup over that. Lay 4 pork chops on top, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Turn pork chops over, season and bake for 30 minutes.
