CARROT ROAST 
4 c. grated carrots
4 c. cooked rice or garbonzos
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. onion
Poultry seasoning
Salt

Mix peanut butter with water; add other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in greased pan.
