APRICOT JELLO SALAD | |
2 pkg. orange Jello 2 c. hot water 3 c. apricot nectar (divided) 1 c. sm. marshmallows 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 egg 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. Cool Whip Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add 2 cups apricot nectar. Mix and let cool. Add marshmallows and pecans. Let set. Meanwhile, cook 1 cup apricot nectar, egg, flour and sugar until thick, stirring so as not to stick. Let cool; fold in Cool Whip. Spread over Jello. Refrigerate. |
