CARROT SALAD 
3 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine carrots, raisins and pineapple in bowl. Add mayonnaise; mix well. Chill for several hours. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
