ASPARAGUS ROLL UPS 
20 thin white bread slices
3 oz. blue cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
20 spears canned asparagus
1/2 lb. melted butter

Cut crust off bread and flatten with rolling pin. Blend cheese and egg to workable mixture and spread on slices. Place asparagrus spear at end and roll. Use toothpick to fasten and dip into melted butter. Place on cookie sheet and freeze, cut in halves or thirds. Bake frozen pieces at 400°F for 15 minutes or until hot.
