HAWAIIAN SUPPER 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. tomato juice
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/4 c. stuffed olives, sliced
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine beef, crumbs, salt, pepper, egg and milk. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir tomato juice into flour in saucepan. Add barbecue sauce and undrained pineapple. Add to meatballs and bake 40 minutes longer. Add olives and cheese. Bake 5 minutes. Makes 6 servings. Good served on rice.
